The starting point of this piece is the impression felt after visiting the Palace of Versailles, Paris. Design of one parquet floor from one of the rooms of the Palace. Made by oak coming from a beam dated from the 17th century and introduction of a piece of marquetry with a face of the Sun on it in boxwood that is coming from a Catalan wardrobe dated from the 18th century. Contrast in the base where it is been used stainless steel. Different in size and texture.
